Polish bailiffs do not have to give money to creditors. This privilege gives Polish law.

In accordance with Polish regulations the court bailiff has no obligations towards the creditor and the debtor. Polish court bailiff is required to charge a fee for accepting an enforcrement order but does not have to carry out this exection. Has the right to hide fact from the client until the limitation period.

The proceedings of one of Warsaw court bailiffs – Marcin Pienkos who disregards the creditor’s inquiries abot the crse of the case recovering debt from an onlie thief and ignoring the acknowledgment changes to custoremr’s address details, led to a complain to the Bailiff’s Chamber in Warsaw under the leadership Stefan Paweł Gintowt. The Chamber of Bailiffs in Warsaw is one of the most important bailiffs’ organizations in Poland guardians of professional ethics for bailiffs in Poland.

The Polish Chamber of Bailiffs in Warsaw informed me that bailiff’s proceedings of avoiding reporting to his client is the correct procedure. The court bailiff has no obligations. Has the right to do nothing until the statute of limitations. Has the right to ignore information about changes in the creditor’s place of residence. And in the event of recovery of the debt and the deliberate absence of a counter-claimant, the creditor has the right to retain funds.

I have also been informed that if I criticize such a state of legal organization in Poland, the bailiff’s chamber in Warsaw may punish me. He signed the threat Krzysztof Kokoszko from the Council of the Chamber of Bailiffs in Warsaw. This is one of the ways to fight the attempt to reform the legal system in Poland, which is harmful socially. (Brux)
