The independence of the courts in Poland from the supervision of the government in the state led to impunity and pathology of judicial admission. On Saturday, January 18, Polish judges took to the street in defense of privileges against attempts at reform. Humiliation of the Polish nation by Polish courts, injustice of the sentence, greedy lawyers, administrative difficulties in the courts for citizens, position nepotism is the postulates of the Polish legal community. No changes! Prostest of Polish judges is an example of insolence and a sense of belonging of this community to a better world, which may be threatened by reforms of the judiciary in Poland. I had personal experience with the Polish court. The disregard, injustice and deep contempt of the Polish court were clearly visible. It was felt that Polish courts are like criminal organizations with the privilege of impunity. (Brux)
