In recently years, there is a rapid increase in cars in Poland. It was the largest increase in many years. It is difficult to slow down the availability process of cheap used cars. Rush hour traffic and parking are becoming a growing problem. Coty authorities are using these circumstances to expand paid parking areas which does not discourage desperate drivers fighting for a parking space in the vicinity of work and living. Polish authorities do not control urbanization of cities allocating vacant areas for building development, ignoring matters of space for greenery and parking lots. New buildings are being built in close proximity to the others These are clear signals of investment corruption, private proti than urban balance rules. (Brux)
