We want a strong law state! Exclaims the head of the ruling party, Jaosław Kaczynski PiS (Law and Justice). At these words, the Polish crowd – claps. But no crowd can read threats from the mouth of the charismatic leader of the dominant party. The openness of such declarations and the absolute lack of opposition are shocking. Are Poles handicapped?

In the speeches of PiS politicians, we hear about the necessary respect for the law. There is nothing about respect for man. In the PiS world view, a person is pushed beyond the margin of value. Man is only a factor supporting the cult of law.

Recent events illustrate exactly what the law in Poland is. Under the influence of the media hysteria about the viral pandemic, the Council of Ministers (called the Council of Hypocrites) signs an ordinance on some libation, prohibiting access to parks and forests because the virus lives there. There was a heavy fine for breaking this rule.

The regulation is not an executive element of any act and is against the constitution. Despite this, entrances to parks are closed with tape and police measures enforce such a regulation.

Hypocrites, i.e. the Council of Ministers under the leadership of Mateusz Morawiecki, are producing new regulations, including the order to wear humiliating face masks protection against a virus that is many times smaller than a micron. The police impose high fines on those who resist. I am not surprised by the police, because it is the mentality of a man who puts on a uniform out of a hidden need to humiliate others. Here, each excuse is an opportunity for an emotional response.

Although the ordinances of the Council of Hypocrites are unconstitutional and not supported by law, the factor of indoctrination of the rightness of these stupidities has been applied everywhere. Police cars announced the risk of breaking the regulations. In shops, the duties that apply to citizens are constantly repeated. Lots of posters with instructions. It is a politics of social trauma and fear. And high penalties for the dummies are the politics of terror.

It is reminiscent of the times of deep communism, the mutated Colorado beetle, harmful sparrows and the imperialist nuclear annihilation that was about to come from the west to the Soviet empire. All this so that after Stalin’s death, the entire Polish nation would cry for his father who loved him.

Communist Poland was precisely the state of law. It was here that the son handed over his father to death, because the law was obligatory. Does PiS have this vision of the world? This cannot be denied by looking at successive bills that transfer the obligation to enforce the law by citizens themselves. This is how fascism was born in Germany. The first victims of fascism were Germans who doubted the purity of the crystal ideology of national unity. And this must not be forgotten.

A few days ago I witnessed an event in which an elderly person passed through an intersection on the lanes but at a red light. The young driver, seeing the green light for himself, moved with a squeak of tires towards the older man in the lanes honking at him and driving right behind him. He was an exemplary citizen of the state of law. He had the right and enjoyed this privilege. The current power in Poland is to make us all like this driver. Full of hatred against those who are in law. Because we want to have a strong law. As long as man is governed by law and not by respect for man, man will always live in danger of taking away all rights from him. (Brux)
