Internet thief Maciej Czarnecki, by trading via the Allegro platform, robbed many people for over 100.000 PLN. Monika Kordys, judge of the district court in Krosno, sentenced him to 1 hour of community work per day for a year.
The District Court in Krosno does not provide explanations regarding the decision of such a funny penalty at which the thief has no means of coercion to pay off creditors. Therefore, it was not possible to redress the damage by bailiffs. The bailiffs discontinued the executions and, in accordance with Polish law, charged the victims who had not recovered their money. The court in Krosno earned 1.500 PLN at the hearing. We do not know how much the court clerk who is conducting the case received Monika Kordys for a favorable sentence? However, judging by the conduct of the court and the silence as to the justification, it can be concluded that the unfair judgment was criminal. The court in Krosno protects its employee. As we can see, the structure of the court and bailiff administration have a profit on each case. Only victims of scams remain without support.
This compromising incident of protecting criminal practices encourages the public to take similar actions. The example given shows a low criminal risk with possibly high fraud returns. It is in Poland that pays off better than honest and taxed work. It is also easy money for the courts, because the guilty ones are more than willing to pay under the table.
The legal system in Poland allows any form of crime based on theft. The leader of this type of crime is the Polish government and its individual members who are members of the Council of Ministers and the Seym. It is said that in Poland the second MP is a thief or has a thief in the family for whom he provides help. Therefore, when it comes to financial fraud in Poland, the law and courts are very favorable. Corruption in this case is often mutual favors between the government and the legal community.
I have already written about the fact that in Poland, victims who cannot afford an attorney have no chance to defend themselves. Please do not be fooled by the provision on public lawyers who are assigned by the court. The courts do everything to make this difficult and not to spoil the profitable profit from attorney services. There are organizations that provide free legal advice, but when you look at them, you have to pay for everything there. The concept of free is supposed to act as a competitive bait here.
The office of the Minister of Justice led by Zbigniew Ziobro has an interesting explanation, as I have already mentioned. The courts are independent. The government has no power to assess and challenge court judgments. For this reason, we have such sentences as in the described example. But this is not a coincidence, but a well-chosen strategy of dividing Polish society into smarts and fools. (Brux)
