If you want to find out, I made a complaint for the quality of the service to the Poczta Polska headquarters. Unfortunately, as a Polish public office, the complaint was ignored. Nobody even effected to use the word Sorry, but it is very easy to use. I also wrote to the spokesperson of Poczta Polska Justyna Siwek, which also summarizes this silence. Because what to explain here?

The Polish government limits the development of official e-mail communication to maintain the status of Poczta Polska and force a paper communication (letters). Customer comfort must give way to political business. In this way, Poland will compete in development to protect statutory economic and custom archaism.

Poczta Polska is a very strange phenomenon on the market. It’s not only a place to send a letter but you can buy books, newspapers, badly stored food and many unnecessary buckles. This is a variety fair. You will find everything outside the high quality of customer service and the quality of postal services that look like an addition. Poczta Polska is a Polish phenomenon of trafficking. Only on the post of beer and church indulgences are missing. In me, Poczta Polska does not arouse feeling a modern mail order company but a provinconal shop, which to survive the trade of trade objects which nobody wants. Shop for pensioners and disabled people organizations. Of course, the Poczta Polska bankruptcy will not be threatened. It is maintained by taxpayers, i.e. people who use the least from this post.

The President of Poczta Polska is Tomasz Zdzikot and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Magdalena Tarczewska-Szymanska, are people who live from Poczta Polska, shape her image and are definitely very proud of their achievements. Sometimes I wonder if these were someday at the post office and saw how she looks and functions?

Poczta Polska is symbolically relieved with the Polish model of the state management organization in a primitive and backward way. By entering Polish mail, we see a mess that is created in Poland. A truck of relics of the past, a collection of crooked and legal archaizms.
