Today, about a phenomenon that arouses anxiety and reveals the true face of this country. In Poland, anonymous notification for the police are not accepted. So if you are a witness of a crime, and you do not want to give your personal data, such a notification is not accepted.

Let’s start with why witnesses do not want to reveal your identity? The reason is very simple. The police system in this country returns to the surveillance of society again. With this application, first of all, the past of the reporting person is analyzed, is not he wanted to legally staying in the country etc? These police practices are acting acting human dignity.

Another thing is a referral of a request to the prosecutor’s office, which analyzes an offense to adjust the relevant paragraphs to comply with the offense of a person or a suspect group. This, of course, goes to the court who notifies the perceived who is the reason in his case to giving personal data they were obtained during the police.

In this way in Poland, it is not a type of offense to become the subject of the case but a person who applied to the police as a witness or victim. This is something unbelievable, but this is happening in Poland. These are facts.
