Polish President Andrzej Duda repeatedly convinced Poles and media with the active aggression of Russians against Poland and Poles. These general wording hurt members severely Russian intelligentsia, who serve prison sentences for resistance to Putin’s policy. For these people, ignoring their sacrifice is offensive. At the same time, it is an offense in Poland from the Penal Code with Article 256, which prohibits the spread of information and urging hatred against the background of national differences, and such content can be found in the speeches of Poland’s president.
However, the prosecutor’s office does not see any crime in this. This is not an oversight, but a fear of the regime of the PiS ruling party.

In 2020, Polish patriot Adolf Kudlinski was convicted of the same article 256 of the Penal Code. This elderly man put in defense of Polish forest resources against emigrants from Romania, who, according to Adolf, rake with impunity Polish forests from mushrooms (not paying for this VAT – the author of the author). Due to the disregarding police attitude, Kudliński in a fit of emotions was made by which film and published on YouTube, in which he convinced Poles to take matters into their own hands. For this, the court accused him and sentenced him to half a year imprisonment. Nobody asked questions why the police stood on the side of mushroom pickers from abroad? It is obvious to me that Kudliński was sold for a basket of mushrooms. Half a year imprisonment for defending Polish forests.
Adolf Kudlinski wrote a letter about pardon to the President of Poland Andrzej Duda, a man who two years later committed the same offense, but no one dared to punish him. In Poland, the president of this country is above the law.
Let me remind you that in Poland in 2019-2022 the Polish government urged Poles to hate and mental violence against people who did not recognize the ideology of Covid-19 and wearing the filter on their face. It was also an offense of the government from article 256 of the Penal Code.
What’s the truth? Why was Adolf Kudlinski convicted? I omit the active participation of the police in this ethical crime but I want to point out that Kudlinski will not commit any offense, all the more so not in such a high dimension. It was a one -sided interpretation of the judge (he certainly got a basket of mushrooms). Kudlinski was sentenced by a Polish court to imprisonment only because he was poor. He had no money on a expensive lawyer and did not have politically influential friends. He has become a victim of Polish law like many people in this European country, which no one in Poland wants to change, because it is unpunished to courts and power.

Why are there no European funds that could finance the defense of Poles against Polish courts? EU money is becoming an element of driving corruption in Poland, and they are not where they should help society in building security, as in this case in the fight of poor citizens with unpunished insolent Polish courts.
