This is a very important dilemma where the border is to take place, for which security services and authority (government) become terrorists. I will use a very good example that I observed in Poland from the historical tradition seeking to break borders towards social terrorism.
There will be a police speed control of driving cars. Attempts are made to manipulate society that the high speed of the car is evil. This manipulation is based on the statistics of the mortality of people who died in car accidents caused by excessive speed. But it was not the speed of the daring and aggression of drivers, the terrible condition and road design in Poland, as well as the condition of the cars that drive on Polish roads. In fact, the most road collisions (stands) occurs at low speeds. In Poland, many traffic rules contrary to wise rules encourage trips because in this way you can extort high compensation. It can be safely said that 1/4 of the people participating in the collision are satisfied with this fact and in the future he will use the circumstances to bring such a collision again. A lot of speed control is carried out in Poland. It looks like in an invisible place of the road, police cars are parked on the side of the road, and a policeman with a manual radar hunts an unconscious sacrifice, which will exceed the speed on the indicated mark by 10 km per hour or more. Recently, the amount of fines has been raised in Poland under the pretext of disciplining drivers of course the poor, but social opinion clearly decided that this was an attempt to obtain money for government that crushes them in an uncontrolled way.
After all, no one is able to question the need for such control in places where it is required. When I drive a car in Poland and pass signs with a speed limit to 50 km/h, it happens that it is impossible to drive such a speed where there are no obstacles, so I usually drive 70 km/h – and everyone is ahead of me. Is this a bad mentality of Poles? No! Simply, the speed limit applies to bad weather conditions such as snow and rain. You can insist that this is an incorrect road marking. And in these places, policemen collecting money for the government like to hide.
Imagine the city and its extensive architecture now. The city lead the main roads designed well or badly in such a way as to be able to drive quickly – pass the city without traffic jams. These roads usually consist of three or four lanes. These are the main arteries of street traffic. And what did I try in Poland? Speed limiting and recently police control speed. But it would not matter if it wasn’t for the fact that these controls take place on non-working days.
On an ordinary day, traffic on these roads is so intense that they spontaneously falls on the state of street jam. On holidays and holidays, traffic on these roads is weakening. This is a unique moment to use the purpose of these roads for the city quickly passed through the city. And at this point the police are entering to spoil this pleasure. Empty road and road control. What is the purpose of this?
Seeing this irregularity, I tried to ask the main road police commander about legitimacy?
I was surprised when I received a response to the Commissioner Robert Opas, who pretended that he did not understand what was going on and for determining the permitted road speeds is not their matter. The commissioner wanted to cleverly bypass the topic because it is possible that police speed controls on roads intended for transit by the city are his business idea. I reminded the Commissioner that public roads are not the property of the police.
There is a question about the legitimacy of building multi-lane roads through the city if speed is limited on them. Why such roads? Two lanes are sufficient for low speeds.
And here, dear reader, if you were attentive, you noticed this thin border after which security control transformed into the control of society. A place where valuable police turn into terrorists causing fear of social activity, fear of leaving the house, and freely traveling on luxury roads. This police terror is no accident, it is a consciously made decision and the issued command (in this case the basis for the operation of the road police terror is profit). I also want to draw your attention to the fact that no one is responsible for it. Terrorism can be activated at any time without consistency and continue to interpret the act of terrorism as an action for the benefit of the safety of victims. In the case of resistance, the case is decided by an institutionally corrupt court in Poland, which always runs in favor of the provisions constructed to humiliate citizens, on which citizens do not have practical influence despite theoretical assurances.
