When you hear about organized crime, you mean gangsters running with guns after their victims and mafia bosses who intelligently control this. This is a very wrong belief built on film fantasies. Yes, we can find such pictures often. In Poland, there is also a shooting on the streets like in a typical gangster film, because there are many idiots who want to live like a film heroes recognizing fiction as real reality.
In the above-organized world, organized crime looks slightly different. In general, it is a set of circumstances that provoke crime and make it difficult to fight. Each person or organization that participates in this is an element of organized crime, even if they do not have connections.
I will describe to you on a simple example of what crime organized in Poland looks like. You will see how enormous the scale of this subjects and the fact that there are possibilities to eliminate it, but power in Poland does not do it because it has its goal.
I bought a certain item through Interent in Poland in the largest Polish marketplace Allegro. But I have never received the item. There was also no refund. I was cheated and robbed in Poland.
The platform, which is a place of trade, is not obliged to be responsible for criminal activities carried out using their tool.
Already sensitive to dishonest transactions I have seen fraudsters on such public Marketplace many times. I informed the administrator of the trade platform about it but I never received any reflections and the cheat accounts and their offers were still active. It was ineffective. I also informed the Polish police, which I hate but I consider reporting about threats to the duty and there was no reaction here.
In Poland there is such a tradition that only when you become a victim, you suffered the damage, the police in Poland have a basis for taking action. If something is a threat, it is only your delusion. Isn’t it a very stupid approach? It is for the Polish police to get tired of hard work unnecessarily.
I will come back to the matter in which I was robbed by an internet seller. It turned out that not only I was a victim of this fraud and in this case the police could act.
The criminal was caught, brought to court and for such a clever theft on a dozen or so people got a sentence of several days of social work. Such a judgment was announced by judge Monika Kordys, who did not allow the thief to hurt the thief. Of course, the criminal was obliged to give away money.
The Bailiff Marcin Pienkos dealt with recovery of money, who waited a statutory period to discontinue enforcement proceedings. Why should he get tired when he knows that the accused will not give up and proper why he should give away what he won so cleverly? But for the work of a the bailiff who did nothing I had to pay him.
So I reported the case again to the police, who did not like to listen to me (only after the third approach). But prosecutor Lukasz Dabrowski decided that the matter of not giving stolen money has no features of the presence. This is not a joke, that’s what I received the answer.
When I protested the case, she went to court again. In court, judge Joanna Lewandowska refused to initiate an investigation because there is no crime, despite documented evidence.
What do Monika Kordys, Marcin Pienkos, Lukasz Dabrowski, Joanna Lewandowska have in common? They are people who protect the criminal, who is Maciej Czarnecki. They do everything so that nothing bad happens. One man is protected throughout a number of officials. And who protects the victim of a crime?
So we have such an organization as a commercial platform, police, prosecutor’s office and regional court and all of them create a structure of organized crime acting to the detriment of crime victims in Poland.
Is it possible? Of course, in order to act legally as a subjects in Poland, it is enough to produce the relevant recipes to be able to refer to them in a situation where the officials do not want to work or when other subjects are threatened by some danger and I described both of these cases and I am a personal witness. This is not fiction, these are facts. This is happening in Poland and here thousands of people work in administration protecting such regulations. This is one of the major criminal bodies in the world living from taxpayers’ money at the same time helping them to rob them.
A clever reader will notice that this can be easily remedied with the right laws. But this case has a second bottom. If in such simple matters as the theft of online law is helpless, then imagine how the thief is protected from the state budget huge amounts of money. And this is the policy of creating regulations in Poland. Such an act will be publicly condemned, but the language will become an inviolable prey of the conqueror. (Brux/BruxNews)
