Mexico’s colorful motif is red brought to this country probably by the Spaniard at the end of the XV century. This color can be found mainly in headscarves, dresses and hair ornaments, often in the form of red roses. Swarthy black and contrasting red is an inseparable element of flamenco dance and colorful folklore of Mexico. The folk accent has been combined with a black dress and braided “Aztec” jewelry and a handbag. In the hair with the braid, a red flower is obligatory and although artificial, it is extremely vividly presented by model Izabela Fomaidis.
